Wild Rice Casserole

1 can beef consomme
1 can French Onion Soup
1 cup white rice
1 bell pepper diced
1 1/2 cup mushrooms diced
1 stick butter or margarine

Cut the butter into 5 or 6 pieces. Pour all ingredients into a greased casserole dish with lid. Let sit for an hour or so. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until rice is done.
