Parmesan Bacon Wraps

These little guys are awesome for the holidays or anytime!!! I used them for a PotLuck one time and as soon as I put them out there they were gone, so make lots of them!!!

1 lb (or more) bacon, cut in half
1 box Club crackers or Waverly wafer crackers
Parmesan Cheese

Cut the bacon in half. Add a small amount of parmesan cheese on each cracker.
Wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around cracker and put on rack over pan (a broiler rack will work too or a jelly roll pan with wire cooling racks)

Place in a 250 degrees oven and bake really slow for 1-1/2 to 2 hours until brown and crisp. Cool and freeze until needed.

To reheat the crackers just put them in a 300 degrees oven (thawed bacon wraps) just until warm. You may want to drain them on a paper towel first before putting them out to eat.
