Easy Cheese Sauce

Make a roux of

2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour

Cook till bubbly. Add-

1 cup milk and add salt and pepper to taste.

Add- 1/2 cup grated cheddar and cook on low heat till melted.

Great sauce for macaroni and cheese or on top of broccoli.
