Pam's Pizza Dough

5 cups warm water
3 Tbsp yeast
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbsp salt
5 pounds flour

Combine warm water and yeast to active yeast. Mix in oil, salt and about 3/4 of the flour. Fold remaining flour in by hand.

2 large pizzas- 20-30 minutes at 400*
