I was looking for a creole spice recipe to create and immitate Houston's Frenchy's fried chicken, and sure enough all I did was google search homemade creole spice and found the precise recipe that I was looking for. Of course I added my own twist to the recipe, but the final results were finger lickin'. Two thumbs up!!! Thanx. F.Y.I.
