Piece-O'-Cheesecake Shakes

These are delicious! The only drawback is you can only process one milkshake at a time in your blender, so somebodies got to wait!

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 & 1/4 cups whipped topping
1- 9 in. graham cracker crust

Additional ingredients for each shake:
1/2 cup, plus 2 T. milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk and lemon juice; beat until thickened and blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into the crust, and refrigerate for 2 hours or til set. Cut into eight pieces.
For each shake, place one piece of cheesecake in a blender; add the additional ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass, and slurp, slurp, slurp! 8 servings

You mean I can't eat one of those cheesecake squares before making it into a shake???? Sounds delish. I am gonna try this really soon. Very soon.
