JMac's Pickled Vegetable Salad

Cucumbers sliced thin
onion sliced in rings
sliced tomatoes (firm)
bell peppers cut in rings or thin slices
black olives

Put all ingredients in a bowl. Add-
Italian Seasoning
salt
garlic powder
pepper
Italian Dressing and/or vinegar
cayenne pepper for zing

For best results let it sit in fridge overnite before serving.
