Fruit Crumble

Easy and quick to make!

1 cup flour
1 cup dry oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 stick softened butter (not melted)


Mix first 6 ingredients together. Work in butter- mixture will be crumbly. Reserve some of dough for topping. Press in 13 by 9 pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray.

Your choice of filling- whatever you have on hand

2 cans drained peaches
1 or 2 cans pie filling
jelly

Spread on top of crust. Add a bit of flour to remaining dough so it crumbles better. Sprinkle on top of fruit. Bake 350 till nice and brown. (I apologize for I dont have the time on my recipe card!

Top with real whip cream or serve with ice cream.
