Chicken Fettucini

Heaven on Earth. =)

12 ounce thin fettucini cooked and drained
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1/2 cup whipping cream ( not whipped)
2 cups cooked cubed chicken
Vegetables of your choice if desired (broccoli, mushrooms) steamed

In pot or large pan melt butter. Add mozzarella cheese and cream. Cook over low heat till smooth and mixture thickens slightly. Do not overcook or it will seperate. Toss all ingredients together. Serve with real parmean cheese and salad. 4 servings
