Ranger Cookies

Rice Krispies, Coconut and nuts... oh my!

1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Add 2 eggs to creamed ingredients and mix

2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Add sifted ingredients to sugars

Stir in-
2 cups quick oats
2 cups rice krispies
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts- optional

Roll in balls and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake until light/medium brown on bottom about 10 minutes at 350.
