Cream Puff Cake

Quick and Easy? This is both- And yummy too! Technically this isn't a cake at all. It is more like a dessert.

Bring to a boil in pan-
1 cup water
1 stick butter

Remove from heat and beat in 1 cup flour untill ball is formed. Add 4 eggs one egg at a time. Mix completely before adding next egg. Greast 13 by 9 pan with Pam Spray. Spread mixture evenly in pan. You might have to grease your hand and pat it down. It won't be perfect. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes. (I cooked it about 20 but my oven runs a tad hot) Remove from oven and cool completely. Crust will be lumpy and raised.

Filling
1 8oz cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups milk

Beat untill smooth

2 packages instant vanilla or white chocolate pudding mix.

Beat untill smooth, about 1 minute. Spoon into cooled crust.
Spread 8oz cool whip over top of filling

You can sprinkle with chocolate curls or chocolate fudge sauce if desired.
Keep refrigerated. Will melt in ur mouth!!!!!
