Crust-
2 cups of flour
2 sticks of butter or margarine (1 cup total)
1 cup crushed walnuts or pecans
Mix and pat into a 13 by 9 pan
Cream cheese layer-
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounce cream cheese
3 Lg Spoonfulls of Cool Whip ( from small tub- save remaining for top)
Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together. Fold in Cool Whip by hand. Spread on top of cooled crust.
Pudding Layer-
2 packages Instant Chocolate Pudding
3 cups milk
Prepare pudding with milk and pour over cream cheese layer
Top with remainder of tub of Cool Whip. Chill
You can use lemon pudding or any type you like.
