1 pound ground beef
1 onion chopped
garlic if desired
4 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup long grain rice
8 ounce angel hair pasta- broken up well into small pieces
4 cups broth (chicken or beef or bouillion)
Cook ground beef and onion and drain. Set aside. Melt margarine in pan. Saute rice and pasta till good and brown. Add broth and bring to a simmer. Cook 20 minutes covered or till water is dissolved. Allow rice to sit so it can fluff up about 10 minutes.
