Quiche Lorraine

I love Quiche!

8 inch pie shell, baked- homemade is best!

3 eggs
1 cup grated cheddar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped ham or bacon cut in small pieces
1 Tbsp chopped onion
pinch of salt and pepper

Spread meat on bottom of cooled crust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Bake 20 minutes or till ingredients are set.
