1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate (in baking section) (or you may use
7 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 Tbsp of butter)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup walnuts - optional
Spray pan with cooking spray. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave. Add sugar and mix. Mix in one egg at a time and add vanilla. Mix in flour by hand, folding till incorporated. Fold in nuts if desired.
Bake 30 minutes at 350. Do not overbake.
You can double this recipe for a 13 by 9 pan. Adjust cooking times as neccesary.
