Quick Scalloped Potatoes

2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
6 cups raw potatoes peeled and sliced in coins
1 cup diced ham- optional

I have noted on my recipe card to add onions and cheese to this. =)

Melt Butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk slowly and stir till thickened (slow boil) Add potatoes and pour in greased casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes till potatoes are done when tested with a fork.
