Cole Slaw (Vinegar type)

Chop one large head cabbage up into bite size pieces.

Mix together in saucepan and bring to a boil-
1/2 cup - 1 cup sugar
1 large green pepper, deseeded and cut in strips or chopped
3 small onions

Take off heat and add-
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1-2 tsp salt
squirt of mustard
1/2 tsp celery salt

Pour over the top of cabbage and store in fridge for several hours, stirring occasionally.
