Jun (Korean Fried Fish)
1 pound white fish
salt and pepper
1/3 cup flour
2 eggs beaten
oil to fry
Cut fish into 2 inche pieces square. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour then beaten eggs. Heat oil and fry till brown and fish is cooked
