1 cup grated cheese
1 can tuna, drained well
2 hard boiled egg, chopped
2 Tbsp green pepper
2 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp pickled relish
Line muffin tins with buttered bread. (I use hot dog buns that have been buttered) Spoon tuna mixture in bread. Bake till edges are brown.

Creamy Tuna
You will either hate this or love it- there is no middle ground. If you like dishes such as chicken ala king or sausage gravy (except with tuna) you will probably like this.
In pan melt-
3 Tbsp butter
4 or so Tbsp onions chopped or sliced thinly
Cook till onions are done and add-
3 Tbsp flour
Cook till bubbly and add-
one can tuna well drained
salt
pepper
1 1/2 cup milk
Cook over low heat till thickened. Stir in
1/2 cup sour cream
Serve over biscuits, rice or egg noodles
(I would add frozen peas and carrotts to this)

Mix together all ingredients and make patties. In hot oiled skillet fry till golden brown. Great on bread with bean sprouts and lettuce
